George has a total of 35 years combined in all facets related to broadband. He has spent 12 years of his broadband career as a construction supervisor over installation of coaxial & fiber splicing activation design. He is richly diverse in his background and experience and strives for excellence and customer satisfaction daily. |

BRANDON YAWN
vpsmokymountain@gmail.com Brandon Yawn has been in the cable industry for 16 years. He currently works with Vecima Networks Inc. as a Customer Program Manager, DAA. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Information System Security. He has also earned DAA and DOCSIS Engineering Professional certificates from SCTE. Brandon has served in various officer roles on the Music City Chapter Board and is currently a member of National NCLB Subcommittee. |

She holds a Master of Business Administration from Ashford University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. She has been a board member of SCTE for 6 years. |

BRETT SMITH
Brett Smith began his career with Comcast in July 2008 and he was promoted to a CommTech 5 in June 2015. Brett was promoted to a TechOps Supervisor in April 2016 and currently covers the fulfillment teams in West Knoxville. He graduated the Linked to Leadership Program with Comcast in 2016. 
BLAKE HEARN
Bio coming 
Robert graduated from UVA at Wise in 1999 with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. He joined Commercial Electronics, Inc. in the summer of 1994 working in the shipping department, then moved on to the computer department in 1996, to VP/IT in 2009, to Assistant CEO in 2015, and is currently residing as the CEO. Robert served as the Vice President of the Smoky Mountain Chapter.

Tim White
Tim White has been with Commercial Electronics, Inc. for 3 years and is currently Director of Sales, South. 
KELLY PIERSON
Kelly graduated from Mountain Empire Community College with an Associates in Applied Science in Electronic Technology in 1985 and joined Commercial Electronics, Inc. in 1988 where he has worked as a repair technician, power supply repair technician, fiber optic/Headend/Test Equipment repair technician, 2nd shift supervisor and currently is the Vice President of Production. He has been a member of the SCTE for 6 years and serving on the board for 5 years. He has served as Vice President and President of the Smoky Mountain Chapter. 
STEPHEN KIRTLEY
Stephen started as an entrepreneur who operated a small training and manufacturing business from 2007-2017. He found his new home with Comcast in May of 2017 and worked his way up as a security technician to advanced business services eventually having the opportunity to serve his team as a technical operations supervisor operating in East and South Knoxville area. He graduated the Linked to Leadership Program with comcast in 2021. |

TONY GERMER
Tony Germer is a US Navy veteran, that spent 9 years as an Electronic Technician focusing on Communication and Radar systems onboard US Naval Ships. 24 Years in the Cable industry with increasing responsibilities. Started in 1998 as an installation/service technician with Media One, Moved into Network Maintenance Leadership in 2006. Currently Senior Director of Network Maintenance for Comcast’s Central Division. In 2008, Earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Networking from Fort Hays State. Began working with the SCTE on the North Florida Chapter Board in 2009. Have been a Comcast SCTE National Ambassador, President, VP, Treasurer of the Music City Chapter, assisted in NCLB recovery of the Smoky Mountain Chapter, assisted with membership drive of the Razorback Chapter, and assisted in starting up the Graceland Meeting Group in Memphis. Currently I serve as the Region 8 Representative and Comcast Central Division SCTE Ambassador Lead. |
